Our shipping timelines may vary depending on the products ordered.

Most clothing products are typically delivered within 7–10 working days.

Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched from our store, tracking details will be shared on your registered email address.

Important:
Please do not accept the parcel if it appears tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery. Shriva Couture will not be responsible for claims raised after accepting such parcels.

Reverse Pickup for Returns & Exchanges

Yes, we offer reverse pickup services for eligible returns and exchanges within India.

However, for certain pin codes or locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the product back to us at their own cost and risk.

We offer returns and exchanges within 72 hours of delivery under the following conditions:

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all tags intact.
