1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds in the following cases:

The product does not meet your expectations
You received a damaged or defective product
You received an incorrect item
Size or fit concerns

To be eligible, requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

Products must be:

unused
unwashed
in original condition
returned with all tags intact

Our team may request clear images or videos for verification before approving the request.

2. Return Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our team will guide you through the process.

For eligible locations within India, reverse pickup may be arranged. In certain cases where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to ship the item back to us at their own cost and risk.

Products that do not meet the eligibility conditions may not qualify for returns or refunds.

3. Refund Process

After the returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

Please note that timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

4. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds may not be accepted in the following situations:

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Requests raised beyond the eligible return window
Minor colour variations caused by lighting, photography, or screen settings
