Cancellation Policy

At Shriva Couture, customers may cancel their order only if it has not been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

To request a cancellation before shipment, customers can contact us through either of the following methods:

Once we confirm that your order has not been shipped, the cancellation will be processed accordingly.

If payment has already been made, eligible refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
