Absolutely. Send us a WhatsApp message with the product name and we'll share additional photos and videos within a few hours. We want you to feel confident before you order.

We strive to ensure our product images accurately represent each design. However, slight colour variations may occur due to studio lighting and individual screen settings.

If you believe your product looks significantly different from what was shown, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and our team will assist you.

We offer free shipping across India on all orders — no minimum order value required.

Our products are typically delivered within 5–8 working days.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email on your registered email address.

You can also track your order anytime through our Track My Order page available in the footer.

Please do not accept the package if it appears tampered with upon delivery.

We accept returns or exchanges only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind
  • We do not accept returns for incorrect size selection
  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen settings are not considered defects

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

At Shriva Couture, you may cancel your order only if it has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Once we confirm your order has not been shipped, the cancellation will be processed accordingly.

If payment has already been made, eligible refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
